Inviting colleagues to your workspace
How to invite a colleague, what it costs, and when a seat actually gets counted.

Who can invite
Only an Admin can send, resend or revoke an invitation. A Billing member or a Member can see the roster, but not the form to invite someone.
Sending one
Paste in a colleague’s email address and it becomes a chip you can pull back out if you got it wrong. Give each address its own role — Admin, Billing or Member — before you send, and add a note if you want to.
What it costs
Nothing, at the moment you send it. findproperly only counts a seat against your workspace’s member cap once the invitation is accepted, not when it goes out. So you can send more invitations than you have free seats, and see where that leaves you before anyone accepts.
Who it binds to
An invitation is tied to the Google account signed in under the address you sent it to. Whoever opens the link has to sign in with that same address to accept it.
Seven days to accept
An invitation stays live for seven days. After that it stops working, and you’d need to send a new one.
Resending and revoking
Sending a fresh invitation to the same address replaces the old one — a workspace never has two live invitations for the same address at once. From the member list, an Admin can resend an invitation that hasn’t been accepted yet, or revoke it so the link stops working.
Next: go to findproperly.co.za/settings/members to invite a colleague or manage invitations already sent.
