Reading your usage and spend page

What's priced on your usage page, what's tracked but not priced, and who sees the breakdown by colleague.

What’s priced

A property report is charged at R21.24 (R18.47 plus VAT), a rate checked against a live WinDeed charge rather than assumed from a price list. That figure is what your usage page’s estimated spend is built from.

What’s tracked but not priced

Deeds document copies are counted on the page but shown as Not priced rather than R0. LexisNexis doesn’t publish a rate for them, so we’re honest that we can’t say what they cost rather than implying they’re free.

An estimate, not an invoice

This page is findproperly’s own running tally — WinDeed itself publishes no spend or balance query for us to read from. Treat the total as an estimate. Your LexisNexis statement is the authority on what was actually billed, and every priced line on the page carries an engine reference so it can be checked against it.

Who sees what

Admin and Billing roles see a breakdown by member, alongside the full ledger. A Member sees only the lines they’ve personally run up.
