Buying a single report without an account
What the guest report flow is for, what it costs, and when it makes more sense than signing in.

No account, no subscription
You don’t need to sign in to findproperly to buy a report. Search an address at findproperly.co.za/report, pay once, and the report is yours — no account created at any point, nothing to set up.
When this makes more sense than signing in
This suits a once-off need — checking a single property before you decide whether to take it on, without setting up a workspace for one search. If you expect to pull reports regularly, signing in gets you a running library and cheaper reports through credit packs, and this guest flow is priced for a single, standalone purchase instead.
What it costs
A guest report is R118, paid by card. That’s more than a report works out to on any credit pack, deliberately — a guest purchase carries the full cost of serving one report with no subscription behind it, rather than a share of one.
What you get
The report appears on your screen the moment it’s pulled from the deeds office, and findproperly emails you a link to the same report to keep. There’s a full walkthrough of the three screens — search, confirm and pay, and the result — elsewhere in this Help Centre.
Next: search a property at findproperly.co.za/report.
