Three plans you can start today

• Standard — R149 a month, one seat, 5 property reports included every month.

• Gold — R699 a month, up to 15 members, no reports included.

• Gold Plus — R1 899 a month, up to 60 members, no reports included.

All three are on sale now. There’s no fourth self-serve tier above Gold Plus.

Why only Standard includes reports

Standard is the solo agent’s on-ramp, so the monthly fee has to answer “what do I actually get for R149” — five reports is that answer. Gold and Gold Plus buy the workspace and the seats instead: every report on those plans comes from a credit pack, on the same published ladder every customer buys from.

Once the five run out

A Standard workspace that uses its five reports before the month resets, or a Gold or Gold Plus workspace pulling its first report, buys more the same way — a credit pack, never expiring, described in the credit-packs article in this collection.

Enterprise

For a workspace bigger than 60 members, or terms of your own, there’s no checkout button — Enterprise is arranged by contacting us directly.
