Fifteen sales with every report
Every report you pull brings 15 nearby registered sales with it, at no extra cost. They’re stored against your account and show up as grey price tags on the map the next time you’re working that area.
A record that grows
Measured on 19 August 2026 across production reports, 59% of the nearby sales a new report returns repeat ones you already hold — the same sale, seen again from a different property nearby. The rest are new: 6.1 genuinely new price points for every report you pull. So a report is worth more than the one property it’s about — work the same suburb for a few months and you’re reading your own record of what actually sold, rather than guessing at it.
That’s a snapshot from one date, not a permanent guarantee. The rate will move as your own map fills in.
Whose map is it
Today, the price map is built from your own reports and stored to your own account. Pooling it across everyone in a workspace is a separate capability, not switched on for every account yet.
Next: open the map at findproperly.co.za/search to see your price tags.
