One ladder, five sizes
Every workspace buys off the same published ladder, whatever plan it’s on. The bigger the pack, the less each report costs:
10 reports — R350, R35 a report
25 reports — R825, R33 a report
50 reports — R1 550, R31 a report
100 reports — R2 900, R29 a report
250 reports — R7 000, R28 a report
They don’t expire
A pack you buy this month is still worth a report next year. There’s no “use it or lose it” clock on a credit pack, ever.
What a pack needs behind it
Credit packs sit on top of an active plan — they buy reports beyond what a plan includes, not a way around having one. A workspace with no plan yet has to start one first before any pack can be bought.
Who can buy
Buying is an Admin or Billing capability. A Member sees the workspace’s balance — what’s left, and how it’s split between the monthly allowance and topped-up reports — but not the buttons to add more. If your workspace is running low, ask whoever handles billing to top it up.
Next: buy a pack from findproperly.co.za/billing.
