Reporting wrong data or a bug

How to flag a wrong deeds detail or something broken, from inside the app.

Where to send it

Found something wrong — a name, a date, a price that doesn’t match what the deeds office holds — or something that’s just broken? Open Feedback in the sidebar. It’s there on every page of the signed-in app, and it opens the same panel whether you’re reporting bad data or a bug.

You don’t have to introduce yourself

The panel already knows who you are. Your name and email travel with you the moment you sign in, so you’re never asked to type an email address just to file feedback — one less thing standing between you and telling us what’s wrong.

One honest limitation

The panel can’t see what property you had open when you clicked it. There’s no field that pre-fills the address or erf number from your last search, so say it yourself: street address, or the erf number if you have it, and what looked wrong. A sentence is enough — “12 Vine Road, Rondebosch, the transfer date shown doesn’t match the title deed.”

Only inside the signed-in app

Feedback lives in the app sidebar, not on findproperly’s public pages. If you haven’t signed in yet, there’s nothing to click — sign in first, then look for Feedback in the sidebar.

Next: open Feedback in the sidebar and describe what you saw.
