The three screens of the guest report flow, from search to a deeds report in your inbox.

Three screens, no account
Buying a single report at findproperly.co.za/report takes three screens: search, Confirm & Pay, and the result. Nothing else is asked of you, and no account gets created at any point.
1. Search
Type the address you’re after. Searching is free — it costs nothing whether the property turns up straight away, needs picking from a list, or isn’t found at all.
2. Confirm & Pay
Once the property is confirmed, you’re told exactly what it costs before your card is charged: R118, once. The only other thing this screen asks for is an email address, so we know where to send the report. No name, no phone number, no account.
3. Result
Pay, and the report lands on this same screen the moment it’s pulled from the deeds office. It’s the full deeds report: registered owner, transfer history, bonds and endorsements, and 15 nearby sale prices — the same report a signed-in customer gets, not a thinner version.
Why choose this over signing in
This flow suits a single, one-off report — no ongoing account to manage. If you expect to pull more than the odd report, a plan works out cheaper per report; the credits and billing part of this Help Centre covers how that compares.
Next: search a property at findproperly.co.za/report.
