What Admin, Billing and Member can each do
The three roles in a findproperly workspace, and what each one can see and do.

Three roles, one per person
Everyone in a workspace holds exactly one role: Admin, Billing or Member. There’s no custom permission set to build — just these three, built around the different jobs around the desk.
Admin
Admin does everything. That includes pulling reports and reading the library, but also paying the bill, buying credit packs, inviting or removing colleagues, and changing what the workspace is called.
Billing
Billing handles the money and nothing else. They can see costs, buy credit packs and manage the subscription — but they can’t open a property report or read anything in the library. That’s deliberate: someone who settles the account has no reason to see an owner’s name or ID number, so the role simply doesn’t carry that access.
Member
Member is the working role. A Member can search for properties, pull reports and read everything already in the workspace’s library. What they can’t do is touch billing — no seeing costs, no buying credits, no changing the plan.
At least one Admin, always
A workspace can’t be left without an Admin. If the only Admin tries to step down or leave, findproperly refuses it — someone always needs to be able to run the workspace.
Next: go to findproperly.co.za/settings/members to see who holds which role in your workspace.
