How a low-balance warning reaches your team
Who gets told when your workspace is running low on reports, and why an agent with a client never sees it.

Who gets told
When a workspace’s report balance is running low and nothing is fixing it automatically, findproperly emails Billing first. If nobody holds the Billing role, which is most small agencies, it goes straight to an Admin instead.
If nothing happens
If Billing was told and the balance is still low a day later, findproperly emails the Admins too. The chain always ends with someone who can actually buy more reports.
What “nothing is fixing it” means
The warning only fires when the pool is low and auto-top-up isn’t quietly handling it — switched off, never set up, or failing on its own. A pool that’s about to refill itself doesn’t need anyone told about it.
Where it shows up
Admin and Billing see a banner on the billing page for as long as the problem is open. It clears on its own once the balance recovers or a top-up starts working again — nobody has to dismiss it by hand.
Who doesn’t see it
A Member never sees this warning, by email or in the app. Reading a report or running a search never surfaces a billing problem to the person doing the work — it isn’t something an agent should discover in front of a client.
Next: an Admin or Billing member can go to findproperly.co.za/billing to buy a credit pack and clear it.
