What a workspace is (and what "solo" means)
Where your properties, reports and credits actually live, and what changes as your workspace grows.

Everything lives in a workspace
Sign in, and you’re automatically inside a workspace — your library of properties, your credit balance, every report you’ve pulled. It’s the thing everything else in findproperly hangs off.
One workspace, to start
Every signed-in account has exactly one workspace behind it. On Standard, that workspace holds one person — you. Gold and Gold Plus raise the seat count so colleagues can join the same workspace, but a workspace works the same way whatever size it is.
What belongs to the workspace, not to you
The properties you’ve pulled, the reports in your library, and your credit balance all belong to the workspace rather than to whichever person happens to be signed in. On a solo account that’s a distinction without a difference day to day — but it’s why a colleague who joins a Gold or Gold Plus workspace later sees the same library on their first day, rather than starting from nothing.
Where to find it
Your workspace’s name and details live under Settings in the app. If you’re on Gold or Gold Plus, that’s also where your colleagues show up once they’ve joined.
Next: see your workspace’s details at findproperly.co.za/settings/org.
